In the spotlight: Falguni and Shane Peacock

Designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock have made a mark in the international fashion industry with their edgy, futuristic style and intricate Indian embellishments. From Katy Perry, Fergie, Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Scherzinger and Brandy to Nicki Minajall have donned the duos quirky designs. The latest song from the Bollywood movie Players.

Falguni and Shane Peacock are a pleasant change from the ubiquitous unflattering modified versions of international designers that the Indian designers boast. Their designs have a futuristic sculptural and playful feel to them. The duos creations are meant for women who aren't scared to stand out in the crowd and love the attention!!!!

COS Spring Summer 2012

Love COS (Collection of Style) for its sophisticated styles, clean lines, simple silhouettes and no-fuss colour palette. Their clothing can be best termed as simplicity with a twist and wearable art.

COS's Spring Summer 2012 was very COS and edgy and there was nothing not to love. Printed pants, colour palette of light blues and dark midnight, whites with a hint of green and bottle green, separates with stylish draping yet simple cuts dominated the collection. Every piece from their collection was a piece of art.

I want them all, I just wish they start international shipping and accept international credit cards.

Talbot Runhof Spring 2012 - PFW

Johnny Talbot and Adrian Runhof (Talbot Runhof) centered their Spring 2012 collection around the very 'spring' trends including polka dots, colours and prints.

Talbot Runhof's collection delightfully stood out  because of interesting dots, unusual structures in dresses, tops and skirts and refreshing summer colours.

After a fresh take on colours, their collection also had the classic black and white pieces. The popular laser cut detailing, as seen on the mighty Louis Vuitton, sprung up beautifully in the duo's collection too.

Spotted makeup faux pas on the model.
